Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If officials are not notified within 2 hours of the scheduled game, mileage will be paid.

  • If an official arrives before the cancellation, they will be paid the game fee and mileage.

  • For multiple games, if officials are dismissed before or during the first contest, they receive the first game fee and mileage.

  • If officials remain until the start time of later games, they are paid for all games for which they were present at the scheduled start.

Non-Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If a game is canceled within 24 hours for non-weather reasons, officials are paid a game fee.

  • For multiple games, officials receive the first game fee.
