Form W-9

All referees must submit a W9 each year. The process for submitting W9s will be done digitally. You will receive an email after registration to fill out your W9. You will fill out, sign and send the document back via Dropbox Sign. If you move during the season, you must request an updated W9 to fill out.

For the 2024-2025 season, schools now have 30 days to pay officials. If you are not paid after 30 days, click below to let us know.
