The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer, elected members of Capital Referees. Members of the Board serve two year term. To be elected to serve on the Board, a candidate must have been a member for two years and is a member in good standing.
In even numbered years, the President, Treasurer, Director of Collegiate Refereeing, and Director of Membership Services will stand for election. In odd numbered years, the Vice-President, Secretary, Director of High School Refereeing, and Director of USSF Refereeing will stand for election.
